10 ounces fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, drained and chopped
4 tablespoons olive, divided
1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white vermouth or dry white wine
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/ 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Fresh ground nutmeg
Kosher salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
