These Milk Chocolate Brownies are are a cross between a brownie and a sugar cookie! They are not too fudgy, and not too cake like so for me they are about as perfect as they can be!
Ingredients for an an 8-inch square baking pan
6 ounces (1 cup) milk chocolate
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
