Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake – Deliciously moist, lightly sweet and a real treat for your morning or afternoon coffee.

Ingredients for 8-10 servings

Streusel:
½ cup flour
½ cup packed brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter, melted

Coffee cake:
½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
¾ cup sugar
1 egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour, divided (set aside ¼ cup of this to toss with the blueberries)
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups fresh blueberries
½ cup buttermilk
