250g plain flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
50g ground almonds
220g granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
110g unsalted butter
3 tablespoons instant coffee granules
80ml milk
3 eggs

FROSTING & FILLING
2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
125ml whipping cream
360g icing sugar, plus 2 tablespoons extra
110g unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
