Chocolate Crackle Ice Cream Sandwiches

A Chocolate Crackle is made of rice bubbles, vegetable shortening, icing sugar, cocoa powder and desiccated coconut and is often served in cupcake papers.

Ingredients for 16 servings

No Churn Milo Ice Cream
2 cups of thickened cream
400g can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup Milo
Pinch of salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Chocolate Crackle Cookies
300g dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 cups Rice Bubbles
1 cup shredded coconut
