1.5 pounds Sprouts fresh wild caught salmon (2-3 cups flaked)
½ cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
3 Tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
2 Tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
4 large garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seed oil
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
4 Tablespoons coconut aminos
1 pasture egg
1 teaspoon sea salt
coconut oil
1-2 cups sliced pineapple, grilled
1 avocado, sliced
Cilantro and lime for garnish
