Ingredients for 6-8 biscuits
2 cups (240 grams) all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
6 tablespoons (85 grams) cold unsalted butter, cubed
3/4 – 1 cup (175-250 ml) cold buttermilk, plus additional for brushing
