Chickpea Chocolate Chip Cookies

Naturally sweetened, soft, chewy and easy to make. With hints of coffee and cinnamon, and sugar free chocolate chips, they are a great alternative to store bought cookies.

Ingredients for 15 servings

1 400 gram / 15oz can chickpeas
1 cup Almond meal
½ cup Natural peanut butter
½ cup sugar free chocolate chips
½ cup granulated sweetener that measures like sugar
2 teaspoons Instant coffee – cooled
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
