Ingredients for 4 servings

Chai Concentrate
3 cups water
12 chai tea bags (I use this brand – it is affordable and flavorful)
1 cup nut milk

Healthy Chocolate Sauce
1/2 coconut oil, melted
1/2 cacao powder
1/4 cup maple syrup

Crispy Chocolate Cookies
1 cup crushed chocolate cookie crumbs (I use this vegan brand)

Spicy Ginger Mousse
1/4 cup homemade chai concentrate (see method)
2 avocados
1/4 cup cacao powder (I use this brand)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp grated ginger
pinch of salt
