Ingredients for 4-6 servings
1 pound quality dark chocolate (at least 60%–I used Bernard Callebaut)
½ cup toasted, coarsely chopped almonds
2 teaspoons orange zest
sprinkle of flakey sea salt, like Maldon or Fleur de Sel
