Chorizo Meatballs

Chorizo is Mexican sausage that is oh so tasty. It can range from being very spicy hot to mildly spicy. But the flavor profile is amazing. Its a very intense kind of sausage that is very red in color.

Ingredients

1lb Johnsonville Chorizo
1lb Ground Pork
¼ onion, finely chopped
¼ cup chopped parsley
½ tsp. garlic powder
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg (optional)
1 tbsp smoked paprika
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
