2 tbsp unsalted butter (1/4 stick), melted
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp paprika
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
⅛ tsp pepper
2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
⅓ C. sour cream
2 large green onions, diced
