1 lb turkey breast, skinless
1 tsp sea salt, divided
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 small butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes (about 10 ounces)

8.8 ounces fresh button mushrooms
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp chopped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
