1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat)
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed and patted dry
