crepe batter:
1/3 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large room temperature eggs, lightly beaten
4 tablespoons melted butter, plus more for cooking the crepes

2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup packed steamed spinach, excess water squeezed out
8 ounces ham, thinly sliced
4 medium eggs, cracked into individual ramekins
