Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 8 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 5 tbsp. olive oil
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Fresh chives, minced
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Coconut Dill Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, minced
  • 1¼ cup coconut milk or heavy cream (use coconut milk for dairy-free version)
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon or lime
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
