A hearty and healthy rice and bean dish that is easy to make and ready to serve in 30 minutes!

1/2 cup yellow onion diced
1 large poblano pepper diced
1 large clove garlic minced
1 cup medium grain white rice uncooked
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cups vegan chicken-style broth
15 ounces canned black beans rinsed and drained
