Ingredients for 4 servings

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1 cup (8 ounces) entwine Chardonnay (white wine)
1 cup (8 ounces) chicken stock
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces uncooked fettuccine pasta (or whatever pasta you prefer)
