CUPCAKES:
1 cup granulated sugar
¾ cup plus 2 Tbs all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 large egg
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup warm water

FROSTING:
1 cup butter softened
4 cups powdered sugar
¼ cup pureed strawberries about ½ cup strawberries
1 tsp vanilla
