Swedish Meatballs

Share the Recipe

Juicy meatballs smothered in a beautiful creamy gravy, with a hint of spicing that Swedish Meatballs are known for. I deviate from the traditional recipe by using my method of soaking chopped bread in grated onion which adds more flavour and makes extra soft meatballs.
