Cinnamon Roll Blondies

These Cinnamon Roll Blondies have a brown sugar blondie base with cinnamon roll filling swirled into it, drizzle with a delicious icing! I can’t decided if they’re meant to be breakfast, dessert or a snack – I think I’ll just eat them all day long!

Ingredients for 20-25 servings

BLONDIE BASE

1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups (288g) brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups (260g) all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

CINNAMON FILLING

6 tbsp (54g) brown sugar, loosely packed
3 tbsp ground cinnamon
4 tbsp butter, melted

VANILLA ICING

1 tbsp (14g) salted butter
2 tbsp (26g) sugar
2 tbsp (30ml) heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp (30ml) water
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp corn syrup
1/2-3/4 cups (86g) powdered sugar
