1lb Johnsonville Chorizo
1lb Ground Pork
¼ onion, finely chopped
¼ cup chopped parsley
½ tsp. garlic powder
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg (optional)
1 tbsp smoked paprika
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
